基本的な事

このサービスはTwitterのプロフィール等で長くなったURLが貼れない！という状況の人を助ける為に作ったサービスです。
似たようなサービスは他にもありますが、私にも同じ事ができるかな？という腕試し的な意味でも作りました。
活用してくだされば幸いです。
ただ１つだけ制限を言うならば、当サービスを犯罪に利用しないでください。

With this service, you can't put long URLs on your Twitter profile, etc.! This service was created to help people in these situations.
There are other similar services, can I do the same? I made it in the meaning of testing my skills.
I would appreciate it if you could use it.
The only restriction I have is that you do not use our service for crime.
